Professor Andre Goy – Chairman and Executive Director, John Theurer Cancer Center, HackensackUMC

MD. Clinician and investigator in the field of lymphoma.

Trained and worked at the three largest cancer programmes in the world: Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX, and The University Hospital System; also with Gustave Roussy and Pasteur Institutes in Paris.

Currently, Chairman and Executive Director, John Theurer Cancer Center, HackensackUMC; also leads the Lymphoma Program. Executive Director, Oncology, Hackensack Meridian Health Network.

Research interest includes drug development in lymphoma and identification of biomarkers predictive of outcomes in patients with lymphoma. 

Focused interest particularly in mantle cell lymphoma; lead investigator for two of the three new agents: Lenalidomide (Revlimid), and Bortezomib (Velcade) and co-investigator for the recent development of Ibrutinib (Imbruvica). 

Professor of Medicine, Georgetown University. Co-Founder, COTA. Member: Scientific Advisory Board, Lymphoma Research Foundation; NCI study group on lymphoma; System Initiative on the Future of Healthcare, World Economic Forum. Co-Chair, Global Future Council on Global Health and Healthcare, World Economic Forum.
